1. About Us NZ Naughty is a small, Kiwi-owned online store (NZBN: 9429053583871) based in Auckland, New Zealand. We specialise in quality pleasure products and intimate wellness items.

3. Ordering & Pricing

  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). We are not currently GST-registered.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel an order for any reason (e.g. stock issues or suspected fraud).

4. Payment Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

6. Returns & Refunds Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products:

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted on opened or used items.
  • Most sex toys, intimate accessories, and wellness products are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us within a reasonable time with photos and your order number.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website (images, text, logos) is owned by NZ Naughty or our suppliers. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, NZ Naughty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
