At NZ Naughty we aim to get your order to you quickly and discreetly.
By placing an order you confirm you are 18 years or older.

Shipping

  • We ship within New Zealand using NZ Post.
  • Orders placed before 2pm NZST on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (tracked) — estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
  • All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or description of contents on the outside.
  • International shipping is not available.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, due to the personal and hygienic nature of adult products, we have the following policy:

Non-returnable items (hygiene reasons):

  • All sex toys, vibrators, dildos, plugs, lubricants (opened), condoms, and any item that comes into contact with the body.
  • Opened or used items cannot be returned.

When we accept returns:

  • Faulty or damaged items — we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Contact us with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery.
  • Wrong item sent — we will replace it or issue a full refund (including return shipping).
  • Unopened items in original packaging may be considered on a case-by-case basis (we reserve the right to refuse).

  • Change of mind returns are not available on intimate products for hygiene reasons.

How to return an item:

  1. Email contact@nznaughty.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing us at contact@nznaughty.co.nz with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it, but our returns policy will still apply where eligible.
